Day 1: Coffee Tour in Cusco – Abra Málaga Experience

We will pick you up from your hotel between 3:30 AM. and 4:00 AM., depending on your location. We will start our journey toward Abra Málaga, driving for about two hours through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The route will offer stunning views of snow-capped peaks and Andean landscapes. Upon arrival at Abra Málaga, located at 4,316 meters above sea level, we will make a short stop. Our guide will share information about the area, and we will have time to take photographs.

We will continue descending toward the cloud forest, where the scenery will transform into lush vegetation and warm jungle air. After another hour of travel, we will reach a local coffee farm and enjoy a delicious traditional breakfast prepared with local ingredients.

Then, we will begin an interactive coffee experience with local farmers. We will walk through the plantations, identifying coffee plants and other regional crops. Together, we will take part in every step of the process: harvesting, grinding, drying, and roasting the coffee beans.
