Six days of pure Andean magic—from ancient temples and scenic train rides to turquoise lakes and rainbow-colored mountains. Every step unveils history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. A full experience that blends excitement, beauty, and a deep connection to the heart of Peru.

We will explore the best of the Andes with our exciting Cusco tour package 6D/5N, designed for six unforgettable days. Each destination will bring unique landscapes, ancient culture, and thrilling moments. This tour will suit both adventure lovers and cultural travelers alike. We will stay in comfortable hotels and enjoy local cuisine every day.
We will start with a city tour of Cusco, visiting Inca temples, colonial churches. Our guide will explain the blend of Inca and Spanish heritage in the city. You will walk through narrow cobbled streets and feel the magic of this historic capital. Altitude may reach 3,399 meters, so we will take time to adjust.
On the second day, we will explore the Sacred Valley with connection to Machu Picchu. We will visit Chinchero, Moray and Maras, Ollantaytambo, and enjoy beautiful mountain views along the way. This part of the trip will offer chances to shop for handmade crafts and learn about local farming traditions. We will take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes in the evening.
The following morning, we will visit Machu Picchu early to enjoy the quiet moments before the crowds arrive. A professional guide will lead us through the citadel, explaining its architecture, astronomy, and spiritual meaning. We will walk to viewpoints for breathtaking photos of the stone city. Altitude here will be around 2,430 meters sea level.
After Machu Picchu, we will hike to Humantay Lake, located at 4,200 meters. The trail will challenge us, but the view of the turquoise lake will reward every step. We will rest by the water and take time to enjoy the glacier-covered peaks. It could be one of the most peaceful moments of the journey.
Then we will hike Rainbow Mountain, reaching over 5,000 meters. The mountain will amaze us with its natural colors formed by minerals in the earth. We will take slow steps, breathe deeply, and stay hydrated. This hike will leave us feeling accomplished and inspired by nature’s power.
The combination of culture, adventure, and natural beauty will make this trip unforgettable. Our Cusco tour package 6D/5N will offer more than just sightseeing. It will create deep memories that we will carry for a lifetime.
We will arrive in the historic city of Cusco, heart of the former Inca Empire. Our team will drive from the airport and take you to the hotel. We will rest and hydrate to adapt to the altitude of 3,399 meters sea level. In the afternoon, we will begin our cultural city tour.
We will visit Qoricancha, the most sacred Inca temple dedicated to the Sun. Next, we will see the massive stone walls of Sacsayhuamán with panoramic views over the city. We will continue to Qenqo, a ceremonial site with carved rock altars. Finally, we will visit Puka Pukara and the water channels of Tambomachay.
We will return to Cusco’s main square around 6:00 p.m. and enjoy the local evening atmosphere.
We will pick you up from your accommodation between 6:20 and 6:50 a.m. and head toward the Sacred Valley. Our first stop will be Chinchero, an Andean village known for its colorful textiles and agricultural terraces. We will visit a local weaving center and watch ancient techniques in action. Then, we will continue to the Inca site of Moray.
Moray features circular agricultural terraces used for climate experiments by the Incas. We will then visit the salt mines of Maras, where locals still extract salt from over 3,000 shallow pools. In Urubamba, we will enjoy a buffet lunch with local dishes. In the afternoon, we will visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo.
We will board the train to Aguas Calientes in the late afternoon. At the Aguas Calientes station, a representative will be waiting to escort us to the hotel and provide instructions for the Machu Picchu visit the next day.
We will take the first bus up to Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas. After 25 minutes, we will reach the entrance of Machu Picchu at 2,430 meters. Our expert guide will walk us through the temples, terraces, and sacred squares. We will learn how the Incas designed this masterpiece among the Andes mountains.
We will admire a panoramic view from the Guardian’s House and take amazing photos. After the tour, we will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and free time. In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then continue to Cusco.
Your pick-up is between 04:00 to 04:45 A.M. We will leave Cusco at dawn and drive for two hours to Mollepata. Here, we will enjoy a buffet breakfast. Then we will continue to Soraypampa at 3,900 meters above sea level. From this point, we will hike uphill for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We will reach the stunning Humantay Lake at 4,200 meters sea level. Surrounded by glacier peaks, the lake shines with turquoise colors. We will rest, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful setting. Afterward, we will return to the restaurant for lunch and head back to Cusco.
We will depart at 4:00 to 4:45 A.M and drive to Cusipata in the southern Peruvian Andes. After breakfast, we will continue to Fullawasipata, the trailhead. The hike will take about 1:30 hours to reach the summit of Rainbow Mountain. We will walk slowly and stay hydrated due to the altitude.
At the top, we will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Vinicunca’s colorful layers. We will take time for photos and appreciate the beauty of the Andes mountains. After the descent, we will have lunch and return to Cusco by late afternoon.
We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to the Cusco airport. We will assist with any final details and luggage. Our team will say goodbye and wish you a safe journey home. We will end our Cusco adventure with warm memories.
